The wringer roll re-covering service is designed for rolls with damaged surfaces (scratches) or when the nonwoven fabric can no longer effectively squeeze cleaning oil from sheet surfaces. Nonwoven fabric is a fibrous entangled material that forms a porous surface and internal structure with up to 50% void ratio. Due to the resilience of crimped fibers and the elasticity of the bonding system, this open porous structure offers high flexibility and stretchability, along with self-healing properties. Using professional tools and processes, we complete re-covering in the shortest time possible, significantly reducing downtime and improving production efficiency. After re-covering, the wringer roll returns to optimal performance: uniform squeezing, smooth surface finish, and consistent liquid removal without texture formation.
