The polyurethane roller is a high-performance product designed specifically for dry cleaning machines, precision-molded from specialized polyurethane. It combines excellent elasticity with superior rigidity, making it ideal for high-speed industrial cleaning equipment. Hardness ranges from Shore 90-95A, maintaining consistency across temperature environments (-20°C to 80°C). With a wear coefficient 5-8 times higher than standard rubber and surface tear strength exceeding 50KN/m, its service life lasts 3-5 times longer. Engineered for continuous high-pressure operation, it features a compression set of less than 0.5% and a recovery rate of 100% after pressure release. Dynamic balance meets or exceeds G6.3 grade, with a design speed up to 1000-3000rpm. It generates minimal heat under high-speed friction and offers exceptional heat dissipation.
