The nonwoven squeeze roller is made of Viledon® nonwoven material, a fiber-based bonded structure that creates a porous surface and internal architecture with up to 50% void ratio. Thanks to the resilience of crimped fibers and the elasticity of the bonding system, this open-porous structure offers high flexibility and stretchability with self-healing properties. The roller delivers superior dewatering performance for both water-based and oil-based liquids, ensuring uniform liquid removal without leaving texture marks. It also exhibits excellent resistance to pressure, shear forces, and abrasion. With a well-engineered design, the roller provides consistent squeezing action, a flat surface finish, and effective protection for the substrate being processed.
